My Poems
This page contains a selection of my poems which I have written in different times and stages of my life. A late bloomer as others would say, I started writing poetry at the age of 17 while I was sitting in my mother’s grocery store. That time I saw an old beggar walking down the road with great difficulty. Seeing him was a very painful experience, which prompted me to write down a poem because that’s all I could do then. Unfortunately, that first poem together with a number of other poems I have written in my college days was misplaced when we moved to the city. For the meantime, I have posted here a few of the ones which I was able to keep in my email.

Arlene dear,
There’s art in your poetry, definitely.. I found “Woman” and “The Poems of my Life” touching – piercing, I should say…. to the point of sensitizing the human mind, heart and soul….Carry on!
